A free estimate request

Free estimates are provided. There is no estimate fee, travel charge for the estimate, deposit, credit-card requirement, or obligation to purchase work. The Stump Grind is part of TheGrind LLC.

Request and approval

Selecting a time does not hold it. A submitted request is saved only when the site displays a reference number. Unless the receipt explicitly says the visit is confirmed, the selected time is a request that requires approval. All appointment times are shown in Eastern Time, including daylight-saving changes.

For pending requests, the receipt shows when the temporary time hold expires. If the request has not been approved by then, that time becomes available again. The request remains for review. An expired hold is not confirmation of a visit. Coverage and appointment details may need to be checked with you.

Changing or cancelling

Use the private link on your receipt or in an email to review, cancel, or request a different time. Opening the link alone does not change anything. A new time must be available and may require fresh approval. You can also call 440-867-1046 or email contact@thestumpgrind.com. There is no request cancellation fee.

No authorization to begin work

This website request is not a paid-work contract, permission to enter property, or authorization to begin grinding. Any work scope, price, property access, and applicable contract or cancellation information must be separately agreed before work. These website terms do not waive consumer rights.

Please provide accurate information for the property you want assessed. Email is optional and is needed for email updates. Your request remains saved if an email cannot be delivered. Keep your reference and private link, and contact us if you need help.
